Bottled water and Security Gate Check Question?

I recently contact the TSA and they told me that they just implented a new rule that you can bring water through the gate if you declare it for mixing infant formula (before you had to buy water after the gate check). I forgot to ask them wheather the water had to be in it's original sealed bottle or can it be premeasured and put into the baby bottles. Anyone know the answer to this? I already bought small water bottles made by Nursery Water. I can bring them as is but it would be even better if I can put them into her baby bottles so they would be ready for dumping the powder in!

I've really been needing some help. too many emotional/addiction like problems to handle.?

I'm 16. Through out my life I have moved. within 5 years i lived in 3 different states in different parts of the country. also, i have a small memory of when i was young of possibly being molested but im not even entirely sure. before i moved to the state where i live now when i first moved to where i was in in 6th grade i always thought i was fat and i would never eat, and the same in 7th grade. my mom would never notice (she is a psychologist) and would always not notice also bc i would still try different foods. when i moved at the end of 7th grade thats when i began cutting myself. she was concerned, but didnt get me into therapy until a while later. i went for a year and just stopped. it didnt help at all. i kept cutting and that became a ton of substance abuse and cutting on top of that and also i had an eating disorder my mom failed to admit to, just saying i had a fast metabolism although my doctor forced me to go to a nutritionist for at least a year and a half. recently, i told my mom i was having substance abuse problems and that i was using that stuff to cope with my depression because i had a really bad reaction to laced weed and my heart rate was up to 180 so i had to tell her what was going on. i asked her if she could find me a therapist because ive really been having problems, and she said maybe and she still wont get me help. and has been acting as if nothing happend. within the time i was really having a hard time with drugs, i was constantly coming home high my grades were down the drain and i actually was 95 pounds and looked like a train wreck. I have been feeling like no matter what i do, I will never get the help i have been needing for so long and i was wondering if anyone could please give me any hotlines advice with what to say to my mom or anything. please???

I've been hanging around the program for three years. But it's phony. You have to put on a happy face and pretend you're happy in the rooms. Anyone who says anything negative, even if it is what they are really feeling, is pretty much shunned. The members call it stinkin drinkin thinkin. But how can a person be Mr. Happy all the time? How can a person possibly fake happiness all the time? I mean, feeling up and feeling down are normal feelings. People should feel down once in a while. It's just natural. It's just not natural to put on a fake show for people all the time. Hence, my problem with program. If you change your way of thinking and you turn into a happy robot who is spitting out positive slogans about recovery all the time, then that just really isn't natural or good for your mental health. UCSD sorority?

Hi! I've been to your campus and know that the greek scene is pretty big at UCSD but unless you are a timid hermit, it's a stretch to say you have to join a sorority/fraternity in order to have a social life. College is really what YOU make of it, you get what you put into it and joining a greek organization is the same way. I would suggest that you enroll for the formal recruitment (sometimes called "rush") and just keep an open mind. You don't have to join one just because you go through the process. Oh, and the whole scared because friends say they almost flunked out.....well, that happens to many first year students whether they join a social organization or not. Again, it's all about getting out of it what you put into it. For me, I found that my sorority actually kept me more on the academic track than I was before I joined.

If one does not stimulate the mind (read, hobbies, socialize , etc) and be negative can that strongly influence one to develop dementia. I am asking because my mom has it .For many years , she was not involved in life. She stopped going to church and other social functions , slowly stopped her hobbies and became negative. I did what I could to help. I was there for her when her health deteriorated since I was the care giver.She is now in a nursing home. I guess if there was something I could have done to prevented it.
