How do I take out the decals off a Civic?

I bought one used not too long ago, and the decals are basically a website that I've never even heard of that makes me look like a total advertising tool. It's on the outside, and I should mention that the tints are on the inside. I've tried ripping them off by hand, but it's really stuck there. Is there another way to take them out without damaging my windows? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
