Does anybody know the tree/bush/shrub that is used when are stacked ontop of each other?

they are only about 4-8ft tall. the truck is only a few inches thick. a ball is shaped, then the trunk is left bare for about a ft, then another ball is shaped. ALSO, the bush used that has SEVERAL small trunks and at the tip of each trunk is a leafy ball. Thanks!!
