Has the IPCC acknowledged that AGW is perhaps based on Corrupted data?

If this is true, something should be done about it. They can't use a "smoothing" technique from North Dakota to the North Pole. Or state that the temperature readings in southern Greenland represent the entire Arctic. I'm sure RealClimate is doing their typical "must contradict this latest report".
