Hey lets just say that Karen is a 27yr old female who has Hepatitis C?

And she's been infected since she was 4 years old from a blood transfusion back in the 1980's. Then her nephew David is 3 years old who has a very bad habit of biting people. Well David went up to his aunt Karen and bit her. Now Karen has Hepatitis C and David bit Karen so hard that a minute later, Karen noticed that she was bleeding. How do we know that any blood went into David's mouth? Can David get Hepatitis C like that? Please help.
