Windows vista - Microsoft Word - discontinue automatic hyperlink?

when I am writing bibliographies for academic papers, I am annoyed that Microsoft Word automatically hyperlinks my electronic sources (i.e., I type , but it changes it to the hyperlink version). I have to individually click "remove hyperlink" for each one right now. Is there a way I can disable this automatic hyperlink feature? Thanks!
