How can I dress up as a girl for christmas? Any other ideas?

I have a christmas frat party to go to and I have to have a christmas costume. I was thinking about doing a girl because I have these shorts that say I made the list, but I dont know what else to wear with it. I was also thinking of doing a snowflake like cutting a snowflake out of a white shirt but that doesnt seem that cute. Any ideas?
