If someone left your baby in a hot car and the baby died - would you want them punished?

This sad situation is the reason you should never put your child in daycare. Daycares have too many children and not enough employees. Most of the employees they do have are not qualified to care for a child. Most of the employees are uneducated, poor, and have never even been to college. If you are a mom, do what is best for your child and raise them at home and do not work outside the home until your child starts elementary school.
