Why did my (girl)friend turned her head and smiled suggestively at me when she went to the bathroom?

WE are both girls and when we had coffee the other day, she walked to the bathroom and on her way, she turned her head, raised her right shoulder almost touching her chin and looked at me with a suggestive smile. I only see one interpretation...but does anyone see another one?
