Youtube Video Deletion Help?

Hi i uploaded a COD Black Ops video showing the new jungle map gameplay off of the g4tv site and then i get a warning saying my account may be deleted for copyright and that cod video was deleted but then i find over 20 off the exact same video still on youtube, how unfair?
