Legal Advice needed!!!?

Over a year ago I got pulled over. The cop did not like me very much and he ended up giving me tickets, one for going too fast, not yielding to a pedestrian, and something dealing with insurance. Now the main problem I faced was the insurance issue, I had been paying the car insurance however he said I had none even though I had receipts that I presented to him. Now the insurance was in my mothers name and because she switched insurance and never turned in the plates apparently it canceled the registration which I was unaware of. I am trying to get a lawyer. What do you think will happen. Also I never made it to court because I moved for school, and my old lawyer was suppose to take care of it however he dropped me a day before the court date so its still open.

I think it would be good if you gave a little more background on Abagail and Johnny. Why did they get in a fight? why did he want to break up with her? And why is Abagail so fast at just talking to Jacob? Think about it this way, would you talk to someone you just met on the street even if they were your age? I am 7 weeks preggo and my hcg was 26000 on Sat, and 28000 today (mon) my doc thinks I will MC...opinions?

So, I am waiting to find a doc that will treat me....I have Lupus ( high risk) and am 7 weeks pregnant. My last ultrasound showed a sac but no fetus. My HCG was 26000 on Sat night and 28000 this monday morning. I had cramping but no blood. The doc thinks I am going to MC and said I should schedule a DNC. I found a tiny abandoned kitten a few days ago, I guess she's about a week old. What can I do to get medical treatment?

Uninsured, Broke, and Jobless. I have been looking actively for a job for 6months. I now have no money, no insurance, and if it weren't for family I would be homeless right now. For the last 4 days I have been feeling pain in the left side of my chest, general dis-ease, and sometimes an odd feeling in my arm. I am concerned it may be a heart attack brewing, but I have no money to seek treatment. I'm at my wits end at this point. I have no car, no phone, and my sibling I am staying with is out of state till Tuesday. My mom has been talking about what formula is better for my lil brother. I own 4 Ford's at the moment, 2 Thunderbirds and 2 Lincolns. I bought my 1964 Thunderbird in 1967 with 67,000 miles on it. I have close to 400,000 miles on it and had the motor and trans rebuilt recently. The body is beautiful, but no winters! My wife has a 2002 Lincoln LS with 100,000 on it and not a single problem, with it. I have a 2002 Thunderbird with 42,000 on it and likewise not a single problem. I recently bought a 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII with 140,000 on it and it is fantastic, I now have 153,000 on it; the best of the best as someone already said. Recently replaced the original alternator but other than than nothing! I have owned all the other American makes and some Jap crap too and that is why there are only Ford products in my driveway and garage now. I've got the Blue Oval on my soul !!!

My hair has a green tint, but I didn't dye it?

I just noticed that towards the end of my hair there's a greenish tint. I do not dye my hair, I do not go swimming, and I never (that is not an exaggeration) let the sun touch (that's the wrong word, lol) my hair. I take really good care of my hair, I only wash it every 3 days and I even started taking omega-3 (or is it 6?). I see no possible reason why my hair should have this green tint, so why? well to be honest with u i didnt really understand, but i work at a comunity clinic and we have a sliding scale for patients that qualify for it. they start at $30,40,50,or $60 depending on ur income. but then u also have to provide us with proof of income and if you dont u will be considered self pay wich means u have to pay full price for the consult. oh yeah and when we put u on the discount program it also includes all labs and x rays including the ekg that is performed at the time of visit. so the only thing i can think of is that maybe u didnt provide tehm with the paperwork so they can put you in to the sliding scale fee.

Hi. My father lives in another country and he's mentally unstable. Given Kabiven by IV on last day. Bleeding has stopped so patient relatives shown nasal tube as can be fed that route.Xray taken.Patient returned from xray, relatives told feeding tube removed by patient (impossible as patient so weak). Patient develops rapid breathing for at least 3 hours and told nothing else can be done just oxygen. Ventilator not offered (Relatives/patient still unaware of DNR). Patient dies.DNR was signed by consultant in charge of dept,who signed death certificate, who approved records before allowing me to see them. Normal medical treatment or murder?

Well, IMO, han-ram is the best player in the NL, but the downside is that his team sucks. I have been friends with this person for 30 years. We live in different states. On the most serious times of my life (husband hospitalized several times ill) she didn't even call. Animal control came and took him today and they put him down today. They are going to send him out for testing tomorrow which absolutely kills me because I know what they have to do. How do you keep the shower curtain closed at your gym?

I'm just going back to the gym for the first time in a LONG while. I shower at the gym because the only way I'll force myself to go is when I'm on my way to or from work. I ran into an issue with the shower curtain not closing properly...and when people p to see if someone's using the stall...well, it's awkward and uncomfortable (for me anyway). How do you keep the curtain closed at your gym? I'm seriously considering bringing velcro bits along with me and sticking them to the stalls in the hopes that the adhesive will stick through the shower...lol. Maybe I'll try a suction cup and stick a loop on the curtain without damaging it somehow. If anyone has any brilliant ideas, besides obviously getting used to being naked in front of complete strangers, please, chime in!

im just curious about this, If you have anxiety or depression.. I find myself easily irritated and snapping at people and frustration can go from 0 to 60 in like 2 minutes.... Im stressed out with the usual fears, thoughts.And I have suffered from depression before. I had a health nurse say there are some medications for depression that are "safe" to go on while pregnant. Can anyone tell me if they have been on It an antidepressant and If it was okay for there baby. I have been reading that spreading mushroom compost on my lawn is not helpful to the lawn in certain was because it has been sterilized. THere are no nematodes. My '94 Saturn SL1 wont start?

All of the electrical works, I replace the battery myself and I'm pretty good with cars as far as installation (I took auto shop lol). All the lights, radio, dashboard lights, even the automatic seatbelts work. i turn the key and i hear a very soft buzzing noise. Its not that loud and it doesnt happen every time, about every 3 times i turn the key it makes the noise. I think it might be solenoid, but to be honest i have no idea lol.

Pain contract-Pancreatitis?

I had a baby on Nov. 21, 2010. I started vomiting and having severe abdominal pain mid Dec 2010. It took a while to get in w/ my GI but was finally diagnosed with pancreatitis and a blocked bile duct Feb. 1, 2011. I was admitted to the hospital for 3 days, when they tried to place a stent in my bile duct, which was unsuccessful. So, I have to wait for an appt. at Vanderbilt (much larger hospital) and it's not until May 10. My GI said when I was discharged, he wanted to make sure this problem was fixed within a month. Well, now that's a different story. His office won't even return my calls and they said all I can do is wait. So, I've been having to get pain/nausea meds from my primary care. She put me on a pain contract about 2.5 weeks ago. The pain has gotten horrendous and I've had to go get pain shots at the hospital the past couple days. I'm going to see my doctor today b/c I've been having to take more of the pain meds than she prescribed, which I prob. should have called her about before-hand. She prescribed 7.5 hydrocodone every 6 hours. It just doesn't work anymore b/c I've been taking them for over 3 months. I feel she trusts me that I don't abuse them. Anyone ever had this problem or been on a pain contract? It just scares me. I have an appt with her today to talk everything over but I'm scared she's going to be mad.

I had the same "Green Snow" problem that you described. I think it has go to do with overheating, as i had played a game (resistance) for hours, went to put another game in and got the green snow. I let it cool down and it worked fine. I think that if you do have a PS3, you need some sort of cooling mech to stop it over heating. Just get an old fan (clean the grill so there is no dust and crap on it) and sit it behind the PS3 while it is turned on. I haven't had a problem with over heating since then.

I am at 36 and 4 days from being at 37 weeks. I've noticed a routine of how my baby moves each day?

however she did not move as much as she used to since yesterday evening. My Dr gave me an ultrasound a few weeks ago and let me know that my daughter has the umbilical cord around her neck and that i will have a scheduled c-section closer to 38 weeks. What size gauge romex to use for a well pump?

We have a well at the deer lease that is has a 3/4 hp pump, that is wired for 220. We have a 6500 kw generator that runs it with no problems. What we want to do is run piece of Romex/wire from the pump site to where we keep the generator. This may sound lazy, but it gets redundent rolling the generator back and forth. Especially in bad weather. We would be talking a distance of no more than 200 feet. Any suggestions? And if you know what the cost would be for the grade of Romex/wire.

personally i run elemental heros as my best deck and there has been only one combo to beat which involves the creator. anyways i find it more useful if you base the deck around only three to four fusion creatures. I use flamewingman, thunder giant, tempest and wild edge, and my deck can be pretty tough. i would suggest trying that just o see. I give your deck now an 8.5 because it canstill pull off some sweet combos. maybe find a place for different dimension capsule or fusion gate. good luck

How do you "train" older outdoor cats to be comfortable around people (when the cats are in a new environment)

We want to take 2 outdoor cats from one location (a public dumpster area) to another (our backyard), but want the transition to be easy on them. We'll have food, water and a cathouse for them, but want to be sure they won't run away and/or be fearful of our presence and their surroundings, etc. How do we make them comfy?
