Can some one help me figure out wats up with this dream?

well i had this really wierd dream the other night, and i was in colombia but it was really like futuristic and runned down, so i get into a giant train thing and my cusins are in it, i turn and see this beautiful ladie standing , so i turn back around and look out of the giant window and i see three dogs i also see a shadow figure holding their chains, it starts leaning in and it was a skinny really white kinda witch looking chick and it scared the **** out of me. i want to know what was up with it
