I've recently been unable to receive emails from a certain address.?

The address is my wife's, and I've had no problem until recently. Her addy is not in my blocked addresses, and now instead of deleting junk mail, I accept it, thinking maybe hers were going into bulk mail. Still no luck. Don't seem to be having any problem with anything else but receiving her emails. Any idea????
