My ultrasound to find out my baby's is on Monday... any tips?

I have my appointment for the 18-week sonogram next Monday and I was curious as to many of you were able to find out baby's at around 18 weeks. Are there any tips you would like to share so that baby cooperates? For example, I've heard that drinking something sweet before I go will get baby more hyperactive. Thanks in advance!
